This 6 house broiler farm is contracted with Wayne/Sanderson Farms. This farm was upgraded to new house specs in 2018. The houses are 44x500 and all are equipped with Rotem controllers, Rotem backups, Spaceray brooders, Cumberland feed lines, Plason drinker lines, 120 feet of cool cells with pumps on each side, and 15 fans per house. This farm has 2 generators, a 185 kw John Deere and a 99kw Taylor. This farm has 3 water wells and community water to supply water to the poultry houses. This farm also has 1 litter shed and 1 compost shed. With this farm, there is a 2800 +/- sq ft 4 bed/3 bath house with a pool, 2 30x40 shops with concrete slabs, and a 3 bed/2 bath mobile home.
