Toler is a Rankin County native who has a passion for serving others and building meaningful relationships. He graduated from Pearl High School in 2012, followed by Hinds 2014, and earned his business degree from Mississippi College in 2017. Upon graduating college he obtained his real estate license. He has an extensive foundation of knowledge in the timber, construction, property management, and real estate industries.

Toler is a passionate member of Southern Outdoors Unlimited, a nonprofit organization based out of central Mississippi that provides opportunities for youth with disabilities to experience the outdoors.
