Rob Riggin

Having vast knowledge and incredible experience with government, conservation, cost share,
production adjustment, and disaster programs along with having immeasurable knowledge of
farming customs and practices that include row crop, ranching, conservation, forestry, and
wildlife are assets over and above those of most realtors.
His assets aren’t limited to being a retired County Executive Director for USDA/FSA with over 34
years’ service. Rob also owns, manages and enjoys his own hunting paradise on the Big Black
River in Hinds County. Growing up on the family farm, being active in the 4-H Club, and having
worked for other farmers, entomologists, ag aviators, cattlemen, loggers, contractors and for
himself, Rob has the knowledge, skills, and ability to be the best in all areas of land and real
estate.
In addition, Rob owns Riggin Elite, an LLC that specializes in conservation, wildlife and ag
consulting and owns a landscaping business. Rob has experience in flight instruction and holds
a valid commercial pilot’s license with instrument and multi-engine ratings. He has twelve
years of aerial photography experience for the USDA, is past president of MACOE, and is a past
legislative director, and a Certified Prescribed Burn Manager. Rob is currently working on his
FAA part 107 drone license.
Rob loves to work with and help people, as can be ascertained from his public service past, and
is anticipating the joy of helping many people reach for and achieve their dreams of being
successful land or home owners.

Remarkably, Rob has spare time to spend outdoors. He loves hunting, fishing, reloading ammo,
shooting and racing. In addition, he enjoys serving as Head Baseball Coach at Porter’s Chapel
Academy and also volunteers as a head coach for the Jackson 96ers 18U High School showcase
team. He is a member of FBC, Raymond, having served as a deacon and on several church
committees there.
