Joe Thrasher is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys broadcasting local sporting events and mentoring men in their pursuit of the Lord.

Joe serves as Lead Pastor at The Way Church in Brandon, MS. Originally from Decatur, Alabama, Joe’s family moved to the Mississippi Gulf Coast during his childhood.  Joe received an undergraduate degree in Sports Ministry and Biblical studies from Belhaven University and went on to earn a Master’s degree in Sports Administration with an emphasis in Business. He spent the better part of 20 years coaching at both the High School and Collegiate level as well as serving in administrative roles.
